The location of the hotel was convenient, as there were plenty of restaurants and shops around. The sauna in the room was a unique feature that added to the leisurely feel of our city trip. The location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as attractions such as a museum and cathedral within reasonable proximity.
The cleanliness of the room was a major issue. The bedding was stained and the walls had gum and tissue shoved into them.

The shower tower could have been in better condition as it looked too used. It was also disappointing that the hotel did not offer breakfast.
